Awesome book reminds me of the tracks and the people we both knew at one time in CA and AZ - I am much older than you are. Awesome book, again. I know you get tired of my wife writing you about my Kurtis Full Midget/frame stamped in the low 300's almost had my ride secured after military school but along came the draft. I have driven some exhibitions at times as she said my engine was stolen. I am thoroughly enjoying your book. It's so exciting to listen to you talk about your many experiences on the way up. My wife must be one of your top fans as I am. Your book brings back great memories. I know it's impossible but someday I would really like to have a conversation with you about past memories and people. Thank you and Congratulations on your win today in the Rolex. Just an FYI our daughter is an AF Pilot/Major as is her husband. I unfortunately am now 100% disabled Veteran from Viet Nam. It finally hit me in 1998 so books like yours take me back to a special place. My wife is always finding me books but yours is special because of the way you put it together. There is a closeness in it if you have ever raced a car. Thank you again I know you may never read this but hope this year to get to a race with VIP with your schedule for the 4 of us. I also have a Harley Fat Boy which I rode twice to the Wall over Memorial Day to honor those I served with that lost their lives...they made the ultimate sacrifice. Jeff Gordon's book is a excellent read.

I was a fan from day one! I only had the chance to meet him very briefly when he was still fairly new at it but I Always pulled for you Jeff and will always Love you! Good luck in the future
